Oh no I just didn't have any yesterday on accident! I had a big cuppa this morning.

All healthy fats are a major part of this. Avocado, coconut and olive oils are win win. And ghee aka clarified butter. Paleo debunks the low fat theory and I don't believe in it either. Neither does my doc. It does however exclude all vegetable and seed oils. Canola, corn, grapeseed, sunflower... all not the 'good' fats.

Do it! that would be fun to know someone else doing it!
