Yes, it is different, but I keep hearing from a lot of people on my flist that they are sad and where is everybody and I'm hoping that wee little memes thingees like this get people posting again. I wrote a long, long piece on why tumblr and A03 have destroyed community in fandom, but it seemed like whining so I haven't posted it. But yours is the SECOND LJ I've just read in as many minutes that said the same thing. Where is everyone? Maybe most of us are here and we're just not saying anything.

How's the writing going? I'm halfway through a mystery that I'm trying to sell late this spring. Not sure I have an agent anymore so will go hunting for one. Am going to Left Coast this year. Haven't been in literally something like five years, but am trying to see if I can sell this puppy. If I can't, I'll self-publish. You know that cosies are selling like gangbusters right now, absolutely selling like crazy (albeit in a horrible market). You might consider dusting off your mystery writing chops...
