Can we say OUCH?
So, I went to the hospital this morning to pick up Kelly's x-rays. Last time I fetched x-rays (for Tiff's foot, same surgeon) they were films. But imaging has entered the digital age and I was handed a CD to take to the doc, and then Kelly can keep it afterwards if he'd like. LOL. Kewl.
Anyway--yup, it is a pretty nasty little break. I simply am in awe of his pain tolerance. He's always been like this--nearly crippled when he was little from the pain of severe tendon problems in his legs which sent us to a podiatrist for months and months--but geesh kid! I feel bad. I thought he'd just jammed it. Well--not so.
We go Monday at 8:45 to see the surgeon, then if surgery is in fact deemed necessary (probably, Dr. Phillips says), then Dr. Toledo will perform the surgery Monday afternoon.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that the surgery will give no further problems.

I am Bad... I am already hoping that I 'have' to stay home with him on Tuesday. Yes, that would be just horrible...
