Nick's on his way back to Germany right now. Even though I am chock-full of emo at the moment, I have promised myself not to post about it. It's hard at the moment to be very positive, though. I miss him too damn much. Shelby has been mopey too--I swear she is. She is so much his dog now.

No words for me for Nano today--I spent the evening cleaning my bedroom. I have a box of things to send to Nick, including two very important notebooks accidentally left behind. Oops! No wonder the luggage was so much lighter going back! Eek! LOL.

Tomorrow, back on track. I know that soon after I wake up, Nick will be calling me that he's home safe, and back in his lovely flat. And we will be burning up the unlimited minutes (yay for unlimited minutes!). Just as Nick has important things to accomplish in the months to come (thesis!) so do I. Tomorrow's post will be about that very thing.

BTW, never say never. Nick made me a twitter account. *palms face* I really swore I'd never get into that, but it has a certain charm to it. I am echnos on there... Oy!

Chatting tonight with Amber, Tammie and KL--y'all have made me smile, thank you. I really needed company tonight. Mwuah!

C, who will be taking her computer back to Circuit City tomorrow--the monitor part of the laptop is dead. Thank goodness bratty little thief did not take this stand alone monitor. ARGH! But better my computer than Nick's. (and if his does this, I will freak out since he can't take his anywhere!)

I hate the feeling of missing someone. Here's a big hug for you and a wish for safe travel home for Nick.

I hate it too, this time. It is worse because we can't talk since N is in the air...once we can talk tomorrow it'll be better.

No real words for me for NaNo today either, and I don't have the good excuse you do!

I made the flight plans for December 13th (Saturday) from Omaha to Dallas -- and of course I have a layover in Houston! Doesn't matter, though.

Now all I need is a hotel suggestion from you ... someplace close to you!

I know how hard it is to depart from a very close loved one, trust me... but "as the world turns...". Know he's feeling it too, but the show must go on.

yup it must...and it is, and the weekend of emo is almost done...now to get back into gear--or rather, a new routine

We both have plans--just gotta get them going!
