Ohhhh you should read that one, I insist! You must! It is during Mary's brief reign, so of course there is alot of Elizabeth in there. I'm often diving into Wikipedia to see the facts behind her fiction. She plays alot with the facts especially in regards to the children born-not-born and some time period switching but basically not enough for me to quibble with.
I love that she writes in first person, I love her women characters, the way she handles the politics, the pacing is excellent and oh the time period itself is of course endlessly fascinating. I have The Boleyn Inheritance to read after I read the one N and I are reading. I will likely end up with all of Gregory's books read and on the shelf--hopefully only the first two will have puppy teeth marks on them. LOL.
