ICONS MEME:
1. Reply to this post with "AND WE MEET AGAIN," and I will pick five of your icons.
2. Make a post (including the meme info) and talk about the icons I chose.
3. Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4. This will create a never-ending cycle of icon glee.
Okay so I usually don't do this sort of thing, but heck why not.
valancy_joy chose five of my little fellers and am happy to share the why behind all these. :)
Puppy Maddox:

My precious baby boy! This is Maddox, my beloved boy Siberian Husky when he was maybe 9 weeks old. All ears, silly puppy who happens right now to be stretched from the bed to the arm of my chair, wanting me to pet him. This is the first, and quite possibly last, Siberian Husky puppy I will ever have. He was a little varmint!! Best solution I had to him being a wild boy was to get him HIS own husky, Shelby. :)
Welsh Sheep:
Baaa! Welsh sheep! This was from a photo taken by me in Gwbert, Wales. That sheep wasn't glaring at me, she was glaring at Nick. She was a sentry sheep, keeping an eye on the evil intruders (we were behind a fence) while her fellow sheeps curled up in the lovely green grass. My livejournal header is from where we were, but the sheep were on the other side of this hotel. I loved Gwbert's beauty. Just gorgeous, a gorgeous day from my first trip to the UK. Been back twice but not up that direction.
Collin on stairs:

This picture is of Collin Morgan from a photo shoot. It doesn't really make a good user pic, but I loved the loneliness of it. Seems a lot like Collin...
Dean reading:

I love this user pic! Dean, on a bed reading one of the books about him and his brother as, ahem, romantic heroes, ha ha ha. I love the colors and balance of the picture itself. Nice.
London Eye:

This was my default for a long time and a few people got fussed when I changed it. Sorry peeps! I used it before I went to London the first time, fully determined to ride the thing myself and...still haven't. Probably won't. Sure have by it lots and lots! LOL.
Also, I simply have to share this wonderful website with all you writerly types. When I was going through my edits on LWH with my editor, it became bitterly clear that I needed desperately to expand my repertoire when it comes to depicting emotions through physical gesture. Happily, a friend on my carolyn_gray twitter was havign the same issues, and asked for help. Another wonderful person shared this:

Go check it out, and you will say OH! WOW! like I did. Fabulous site. No more 'you have 156 head nods, Carolyn' for me!
And that is all, folks!
