Just for the 30 days, it is. The idea is to strip down to the pure basic foods and get everything out of the system then start adding back to see if one can figure out what one's body does nad doesn't like. I am convinced (ok hopeful) that my extreme toe pain is food-related, but what? So this is a start anyway.
I think though if I had a loaf of your bread, I would indulge. :) Honey in the wheat, mmmm....
Plus I am hoping it gets me off this plateau I am stuck on! :) And I just want to feel better. I am always so damn achy. I refuse it is because I am 51. Refuse!
