I honestly have the best a/c guys - they have taken care of my house since long before Kel died. They taught me so much of how to nurse my old unit along and probably helped me get a few extra years out of it - the original unit! But now all that is gone and all is shiny and new and damn this was an expensive year.
Part of the house is tile, the rest is carpet - again I was stupid and bought gorgeous LIGHT colored tile - then got huskies. I've had big dogs before, Claire and Scotty and before them Higgins who was almost 100 lbs. but NONE of them were hard on things like these two - that is just the way of huskies. They are DOGS. LOL. So yeah - carpet needs to go and be replaced but I want to put down fake wood stuff.
