LOL yeah--I'm maybe a little health-nutty, but it was the Brit show YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT that convinced me and the daughter to really examine what we are putting in our mouths. Her weight-loss is more gradual than mine, but she first did a colon cleanse that knocked out 8, and since eating this way-most of the time-has lost more. She indulges now and then on the bad stuff (pizza attack the other day) but I've held firm and hard-core. I also gave up diet soda completely. It took about 35 days before I was completely free of the cravings. That sure taught me so much.
I've been eating low calories for a long time now so adding calories back in is going to be HARD. LOL. I have to start slow, a little at a time. I refuse to allow myself to be overweight again.
