Simply Put, I'm a Proud Peacock

Congratulations to my wonderful and amazing partner Nick (aka cruentum) for FINISHING UNI AS OF TODAY!!!! He is DONE, the final oral exam was today and he kicked ass in it, which is HUGE as this was oh so important to come out of alive. He did more than that and I am so relieved. And tired, because I tossed and turned all night. LOL.

He starts his new job at his university on Monday, and will be pursuing his PhD in Psychology while working there. It is an awesome position that has worked out so beautifully for him. Okay a minor bump in the road, but he survived it.

He's worked so damn hard for this, and I am happy to have been there through it all. I met Nick in his first semester at uni oh so long ago and now he is DONE, FINISHED, YO, he has his Diploma of Psychology (ok, imagine that in German, yeah? masters equivalent, slightly different in Germany than elsewhere) and it has been an amazing five years, let me tell you what. I've learned a hell of alot along the way too.

So congratulations baby, I am proud of you and yes, rather smooshy because dammit, YOU DID IT!!!!

Life is pretty damn good isn't it?
