They should also have put in 'must be able to handle dry humor, and general silliness.' I swear, shewhoisgone took everything so SERIOUSLY!!! My gosh we work hard but we wanna have fun too, you know?

My boss says he'll interview 60 people if he has to, to find the right people. For him, the admin person will be the most important of all. Whoever wins it, WILL be made of awesome.

Other perks--we have access to BNSF's campus, the workout facilities (which I really should start using), and their company perks and discounts which is really awesome. The only drawback is the area it is in... NO BOOK STORE OMG!!!!! LOL.

The Company--100% employee-owned, and they make sure we feel that ownership. Extremely stable company, now in the top-200 engineering firms in the US and moving up fast. Of course I wish I made more money... But the insurance is cheap, the vision is fantastic, and the dental plan really good. Never have not gotten a raise and bonus each year, even during the 'bad' year a couple of years ago.

This is kind of funny. When Kevin read the post about why they were all let go I told him he should tell you we were willing to relocate. :D
