Busy week ahead!

Omg, so much to DO!!!!




Monday -- go get that expired driver's license renewed. Um, yeah. Stupid me will now have to take passport on Thursday for ID; get dog food; get son clothes; cry over how fast the last of my money is dwindling because of this wedding. Sigh. Write.

Tuesday -- Write, do laundry for trip, make sure we have everything.

Wednesday -- send Tiff off to Minnesota--she's driving up with two friends, which is awesome as she can take our nice clothes; pack other stuff, clean house; write? :)

Thursday--7 a.m., take dogs to vet, rush home, grab son, get in Tiff's car because stupid dogs will have shed in mine, UPDATE OF HAPPY: Friend Cid is taking us! Save $$! yay!, go to airport, get on plane w/son, go to Minnesota...and that night, Rangers v. the Twins game! WOO!!! Will be fun. Get to hotel again, collapse.

Friday--Mall of America! Laptop in purse, yeah baby. I seriously want to park self while they run around and be silly. We'll see--it is supposed to be amazing. Rehearsal dinner--awesome black dress to wear! I shall rock.

Saturday--WEDDING DAY!!!! Lazy morning, wedding in the afternoon, 2nd awesome dress of awesome*, wedding party dinner...Brandon and Courtney aren't leaving right away, not until Sunday evening in fact as they want to stay for the festivities. I love that idea as I was genuinely sad we missed all the fun! So, the dinner and drinks at the hotel, and just general mingling.

Sunday--check out, head for Grandma's house, and a brunch, and Brandon and Courtney will open their presents! I also love this! Then Kelly and I will head home that afternoon.

Monday--GET MY DOGGIES!!!!

He certainly didn't mean *I* looked like a cow...he'd be in serious trouble for that!

And speaking of cats, I have a friend whose cat, Puppy, is very sick. Any ideas for raising the 2k she needs to help her cat would be appreciated. Fortunately, there is a temporary treatment Puppy can utilize, but it is dangerous to amproof as it involves sticking pills down Puppy's throat... OUCH! So, yeah.

I am waiting for word regarding LWH: final edits are turned in (or are they final edits? I am not sure yet) and while I wait, I am having fun writing fun stuff, oogling over pictures of guys playing soccer, and just generally enjoying myself. :)

Nothing in the job front yet. I...should be more serious about this, but I want something to work out with my temp work at That Unnamed Law Firm so badly, I have not actively looked elsewhere beyond what I have to for Unemployment. And...I want to go see Nick. For two weeks, yeah. In July...so we'll see if I get to do that or not. If I don't, before I get a job, it could be/would be MONTHS before I saw him and it has already been a year. This is terrible, absolutely can't abide by this much longer. Sigh.

Life, why are you such a challenge? Why can't I win the lottery? (I should buy a ticket!)
