I have been told I should check in daily to report my success (or not) for at least the first two weeks so here you go.

Today was a success.  Because my body is weird, I actually lost 1.8 lbs. overnight. Given I only started the new eating plan today, that was a fluke, but not an unusual one.  We'll see about tomorrow's weight, then we'll see.

I feel like I ate so much! Certainly more than I have been eating - the last few weeks I've been skipping breakfast, eating Lean Cuisines, too many crackers and toast...   Yeah.  Not eating much, but eating all the wrong things and probably not enough.

Energy level today was really good, which was absolutely fabulous.  Usually, or lately, by 5 I am dripping with fatigue and am passed out in bed by 8:30. Sooooo tired.  Today though, MUCH better.  I choose to be optimistic that am on the right track.

Okay let's see how tomorrow pans out.   I am hopeful!!!!

I hope the new eating regime goes well. I managed to lose a few pounds in the autumn, was good over Christmas and only put 1 pound back on, but then seemed to have stuck. I'm now trying the Fast Diet,/a> ("fast" as in "not eating", it's not necessarily speedy!).

It's too soon to say whether it will work on me, but it's not too difficult to keep to and Friday is my day for eating whatever I like, so I don't feel deprived and start craving things.

Well, our weight goes up and down throughout the day and month. I've noticed I'm at my lowest in the morning, and one week after my period. (So those times are my preferred time to weigh myself!)

Aren't you brilliant! I'm so proud of you for starting this challenge, and your first day - with increased energy - clearly gave you results. I often lose 5-8 pounds the first week of a new plan, my body is just so grateful to be getting enough water and better fuel.

I had a massage therapy appointment and a chiro appointment last night, and have been drinking enough water for two days, and went to bed before 10:30 two days in a row. I don't know if I've lost weight - probably not - but I'm feeling a change in my personal energy. Hopefully I'll keep adding new things to my healthy lifestyle, bit by bit. Time for a change, for sure.
