I've read all the comments about my sister and want to do a group thank-you. I haven't talked to her yet today but hope to a little later...she is probably sleeping. I hate being so far away, but told her if she needs me to come spend Christmas with her (if Robert has to be with his family because of his dad) I will hop in my car and come on. A crazy long drive, but I don't care...I'd do it in a heartbeat. Things like this is why we've said for the last few years that eventually we want to live near each other someday. Argh. She has a good support system there, though. Poor Robert, trying to deal with all this. ARGH!

But anyway, thanks for the wonderful comments. I really appreciate them all, very much. I have so much love for my LJ friends these days!

Thank you Mario... my sister has been through so much in 2008 it is ridiculous, but through it all has stayed really even keeled. Even this, she looks at with a good attitude--she could've been dead, but was found. It is just so freaky though, not knowing what really happened. Having a big blank spot she said is the eeriest feeling and she does not like it one bit!
