Just piddling. Kinda sums up my character's feelings on the future of mankind's survival.
On an even deeper level, he believes that good and evil cannot exist without each other. The old "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." theory.
Not sure if this is going anywhere, and not really positive that I can even make it somewhat believable. I know why a star dies, but actually killing one is a whole nother ballgame. SciFi readers seem to demand a detailed explaination of the science involved and as near as I can tell, ain't nobody out there in cyberspace who has even thought about it enough to comment on the subject.
