Memphis fun? ROFL. It was just voted the 2nd most miserable place to live. However, if I'd known you were going I coulda had mom and dad set another plate at the table. I was hatched and raised there myself.
Heh. Well, what I meant by fun was "the workshop I was giving went well and the folks I was teaching were fun" and "the ribs at Rendezvous were really good."
They did live up to the advertising "Best ribs in the South!" The two folks I had dinner with both had the chicken and enjoyed it, but I had to try the ribs.
Anthony, if you really want to have some fun attend the 4th of July BBQ cooking contest in Memphis. Good food, good music, and fireworks right down on the river...and beers! What more could a fella ask for?
