As of this morning, counting from the day I became a widow 4.5 years ago, I have lost 60.8 lbs.

I will--all I have is my stupid camera phone, and not my good one anymore--it died. OF course, the before pictures are not exactly for public viewing--but they are pretty stunning to me. Especially trying to squeeze into the jeans that are now at Goodwill because they became too big for me. LOL.
