I had a disturbing experience today. I drank too much water...which I've done before so you'd think I'd learn. About 3:30 I started to feel dizzy, my monitor at work started to get fuzzy, and bright like I'd stared into a light then looked at it. I felt nauseous, headachey...which I suppose is not a word, lol.

Fortunately I'd brought my potassium with me. Two pills got me straightened out, then rushed home and cooked steak and grilled onions on my Foreman Grill. Glad I broke that out and dusted it off. It was great! And so fast!

Then had apple pie--oven at 375, cut up apple sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon and stevia, and apple pie spice...cooked 30 minutes. A little too long for Granny Smith actually--was perfect for the Cameo apple.

I had also skipped my afternoon fruit in order to enjoy it tonight...won't do that again. Seriously messed me up.

I am still feeling a little wonky. Hopefully by 8:30 I will feel well enough to write. This sudden-illness-thang was NOT on today's gameplan!

Tomorrow...less water, regular potassium, and apple-snack at 3:00. No more repeats of this nonsense. Geesh. Idiot.

I've often thought I'd like to get a Foreman grill to use rather than our propane grill all the time, but Ken claims an open flame is better.

Maybe it's because he never has to clean it after it's used...

Well, it IS better! But the Foremans can be used inside! Still do have to be cleaned though...no escape.

I know they need to be cleaned, haha. But I am sure it's easier then the grill is to clean. ;)

They have tiny ones, under 20 bucks. Try it out for hamburger or something. I love it...have had this one for years though and rarely use it for some reason.

I need to Craigslist my grill outside. I never use it.
