Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes. It was really awesome to have so many drop me notes or announce it in their journals! I really do appreciate it, very very much.

Date: 2009-06-01 02:35 pm (UTC)Of course, I was very bad to myself this weekend--eating out, having drinks, cheesecake (which made me sick lol), staying out late Friday night--so serves me right for being whipped. But it is MONDAY now--this is silly! LOL.
Am thinking I could use some good mega vitamins or something. Or more protein. Or something. LOL. Once I get this settled I hope to have the energy to actually get somethign done this month!

Date: 2009-06-01 02:47 pm (UTC)I think that the physical side might be the only downside to age. I realise that I can't pull off all nighters like I used to do, and it bugs me a lot. There are times when I'm doing fine and others when I need to take more care of myself and balance my energy - particularly when I'm travelling or going out a lot. It always messes up my schedule and I find it hard to get back on track, even when the single events are fun to do.
The intake of vitamins seems like a good idea. Maybe you could ask your doc which ones would be best for you? And rather spend your money on quality vitamins than on taking all of them on a general level.
