NANOWRIMO IS COMING...

Anyone jumping into the vat of boiling oil and committing 31 days to the madness? I'm going to join in on the local level...see if I can dig out some decent writerly types in this city I live in where no one knows my name...

I can't not do Nano! This year, however, I'm going to cheat a little and write a whole bunch of short stories.
Hanging out with local Nano people is how I met some of my best friends.

LOL Awesome. Hey I saw your picture...was on Absolute Write yesterday, bumming around and lurking cuz I was bored at work, and saw a post by Karen, went to writer's weekend, and there was a picture and you were in it!

That is my main reason for doing it this year, and I am cheating too, as I'm already workign on what I'll be doing. But I hope that will get it finished up. I don't care about 'winning' it, I really just want to meet some decent, open-minded, fun writerly types here. I KNOW THEY EXIST!!!!

Nothing's happening on the site yet, but it will soon, figure around Oct 1.
