I really don't. Honestly? That's what it comes down to. The desire is gone, and has been for a long, long time. It's about time I acknowlege that, and turn to what brings me joy.

Having read the rest of your comments to others, I see now more clearly. So you are not giving up writing, you just decided to write what you like. That's wonderful!!!

I'm so relieved. I mean, it would be okay for you to give it up completely, if this is what feels right for you. But I wouldn't want to lose you as a fellow writer - *is selfish*

And I thought, OMG, I wrote all that stuff about being passionate, and what if I've cause C to feel bad about herself? And now I'm very relieved to hear that you are happy, and that you let go of the obligations that were nothing but slowing you down.
